Founded in Lagos, Qleap Recruiting was created to bridge the gap between ambitious professionals and the organisations that need them. We saw a market full of CVs but short on genuine matches — and set out to fix it.
Today we support employers across technology, finance, healthcare, sales and more — providing executive search, contract and permanent staffing, payroll, background checks and HR advisory. For job seekers, we offer a platform to find roles, plus career coaching and interview preparation.
